Yeah. Most people praise super AMOLED and call IPS panel bad, without knowing that IPS LCD provides 75%+ AMOLED quality in just 25% price. Lol.

IPS ftw, especially in price to performance!

~$250-270 is for S7 edge LCD and ~$180-200 is Note 5 LCD at AliExpress.

But still not worth it. Because there are some fitting charges, waiting 2-4 weeks has its own cost as time is precious and you don't know what you are actually getting. Lol.

You were also considering S5 which has AMOLED, for better specs, better value for money, so quickly get S5 now!

I went for the m8 over s5. I'm in love with htc. Out of the 5 smartphones in my house 2 are m8s, 1 is m9, 1 is m7 and 1 is g3. So you can see

Have you ever used an HTC M series phone? These have to be hands down one of best smartphone of their generation.

On an old phone like g3 would cm 12 be faster than cm 13? Just now I updated it to cm13 from 4.4.2 and I'm not blown away by the performance difference (I was expecting to be). I think this phone may be getting too old for marshmallow so cm 12 may turn out to faster?

What do you guys say?

Okay guys so after 6 years I shifted back to iOS from android.
Just upgraded to iPhone 7 Plus 128 gigs.

Initial impressions are that what a beast of a phone this is. Final review will come after my mid term exams on around 7th November [emoji14]

I hope it won't have any bootloop issues like G4.

In Androids I would advise you to go for HTC, m9 seems good in your budget, you may even save some money. I don't know much about newer options but htc is really good, at least in my experience it has been.

V10 with serial number in 5 series has bootloop issues. Check google and u will find many ppl complaining. G4 in 6 series is better, finding a clean phone is hard. Pin pack dual sim G4 still sells for 33-34k and second hand 27-28k, i am talking about the international version not the carrier logo ones. As for v10 i am not sure u will find the international version in market that easy. All the best buying

P9 lite has marshmallow update, manual camera controls (my main reason i preferred it over Zuk Z1), accidental coverage, cheaper repairing and easily available spare parts etc.

Overall Zuk Z1 is a beast and a better option. But it depends on your requirements.

Both are one of the best options and you cannot go wrong with either of these.

Nexus 5X is another league with far better cameras and Nexus benefits in ~25.

Reinstall stock firmware and factory reset. If set is not overheating, it's firmware issue.

It should not lag noticeably. A bit minor occasional stutters, hiccups, lags are acceptable though.

Even had HTC 10, it was awesome improvement and i don't know why it's highly underrated. It's as good as any other 2016 flagship and very durable (take good beating).

I still find it confusing that how can a phone in this condition have battery working like new and no faults? I can't even complaint about it since I got these phones in dirt cheap prices..

I never understood the logic behind buying a brand new flagship. These phones depreciate at the speed of light. I was with a friend when he bought a g4 at this time last year for 60k and now that same phone is at around 20k. Obviously if you have a lot of cash to spare then it's another story

Lol. This is refurbishment, nothing new. I have seen it happening in front of me many times.

Refurbishments are all about reconditioning, making an old or damaged phone look and work like new.

It could be just casing change, battery change, lcd or other faulty parts replaced, or even be running everything non oem replaceable parts inside.

If you are a noob in used phones, there is 75%+ chance that you are going to ripped off while buying used flagships, especially imported kits.

M happy with a kit, havent used my G4s handsfree till date i mean just for checking purposes and nothing else and since that day its in my cupboard with the box. The gold colour is pretty and it has a finger print scanner, i think it will be in the center button if m not wrong?

G3 isn't laggy at all. Very occasional n very minor lag occurs anyhow.

I use almost all regular apps but no gaming at all n I've also disabled the useless bloatware.

Btw regarding G4, m unable to find problem free phone. My friend having mobile shop has also checked quiet a few sets but all have the same issue so now m reluctant to get it. Instead looking for something else which is problem free.
