iOS jokes aside.

32GB is technically slower than higher capacity models, as a rule applicable to all storage devices, but overall real life performance makes no difference.

It's just a matter of nitpicking at best, like i do to annoy iPeople.

Now coming back to iOS jokes,

Just plug your G4 on a random PC and also an iPhone 7 on a random PC, and do a speed test comparison of data transferring speeds. G4 will win because it's connects directly to pc without any iTunes like stuff installation, which takes additional time to install.

I tried to take one, but it's saying more light required since i am indoors.

What's the use of quad LEDs when it keeps asking 'more light required'. It should turn on its quad LEDs to increase light for DOF use.

Apple should launch $300 iFlashlight helmet for those wanting to use portrait mode indoors or in dim areas, like moderately or dimly lit restaurants where it refuses to work.

My Honor 8 (42500) used to achieve DOF in all situations and offering 85% iPhone 7 plus photo quality at more than half price of 7 Plus and a robust pro mode out of the box!

Galaxy S4 (2013) user thinks that its camera quality is outdated now.

iPhone 5S (2013) user is still super satisfied with its camera quality if you ask them. He might even start comparing its quality to S5 or even S6. No joke.

In reality, both cameras have almost similar and comparable camera quality and it's just halo and placebo effect that's making iPhone user super satisfied.

Try it with your friends and it will be good dose of laughter.

No Bro , I got s4, 5s and iPhone 5 at home and you know what? Iphone actually got much better optics when compared to s4. Iphone 5 and s4 are almost same but in s4 you can switch to night mode for better shot where as on iPhone you can use manual controls but when I compared s4 camera with 5s , there's seriously no match . Even though I am an android fan but in this case iphone holds it. As well as in performance. No matter what I do , I was running cm13 and my younger brother was running ios 10 on iPhone 5 but you know that , even cm13 got a bit of hiccups but iphone was running like champ. Only these two things I loved about iphones otherwise they are not so much useful. Even my brother himself accepted it.

4000mah battery Android phones also provide ~10 hours SOT or even better, which is as good as iPhone 7 Plus.

And starting price of 4000 mah Android phones is 12000-13000, so they provide same battery backup as iPhone 7 plus at around 1/7 price of iPhone 7 plus, solid value for money but still no one appreciates them. Lol.

Performance is no doubt superior, but on latest iOS on older devices, 5 or 5S, it does get slow occasionally on multitasking etc.

Read internet reviews of S4 vs 5S, you will know they are similar. Pro controls is indeed a plus, but 3rd Party camera apps do not have same quality as original one.

I agree that iPhones are awesome overall, but the belief that nothing comes close to them is just a fever. I know it's useless to debate though.

Its good You have looked in to it, and you didn?t select traditional Samsung or Q mobile low budget limited features phones. Obviously you have already done a research but I wanna give you my opinion. Well I know you want a new phone which must have spare parts availability with local warranty. My choices are not providing you these services but they will work Good.
You can try a second hand Lenovo Zuk Z1 by increasing 1 or 2k in budget or go for Xiaomi Redmi note3.Tell me why they don?t suit you. I am interested to know because I am planning to buy a phone for me too.

You're absolutely correct about Lenovo Zuk Z1, its a fast phone... Snapdragon 801 with Krait CPUs might be old and run on 32-Bit architecture, but its still quite a powerhouse... BTW, Redmi Note 3's Snapdragon 650 is not only 64-Bit but also has a Quad-Core Cortex-A72 cluster which is significantly faster than Krait...! If you're thinking about getting one of them, I'd advise you to get the Xiaomi... But Lenovo runs on Android Cyanogenmod so it'll have less bloat and you can easily update it via third party ROMs.

Anyhow, The problem with me is that the phone I'm going to purchase is for my younger brother as his birthday present, so the phone has to be brand new & pin packed...! Besides, I've had terrible experiences with used smartphones & 'dumbphones' so getting a used phone is not an option for me...!

About Xiaomi... Well, I'd LOVE to get my hands on a Xiaomi as they offer a HUGE bang for the buck, but unfortunately they're not available in our market... The PTA haven't approved Xiaomi smartphones yet... So, it'd be illegal to purchase & own...

So, I'm stuck with Lenovo, Oppo, HTC, Huawei and of course Samsung and re-branded Gionee Smartphones...! And my budget is 15,000 Rupees though I might squeeze out a few grands if necessary...

I have previously used 3 android flagships with fast charging all of them didn't last a complete day and now on the other hand my iPhone 7 plus lasts 2 days with heavy usage. I don't even care about fast charging anymore.

And those 4000 mah android phones with bloated crap still can't compete with incredible standby timings of even the regular iPhone. Let alone the plus variant.

So, now I'm thinking that I better get him this instead of The Oppo or Lenovo as he probably doesn't care about hardware...!

A present is supposed to make the receiver happy, after all...! Besides, now that its price has dropped to 19,000 Rupees, its no longer a RIP-OFF as it used to be...!!!

I'm happy with my Bloat-free Nexus, he's happy with a Bloaty Sammy... So be it, its a free world, the last time I checked...!

Keeping aside iphone and android, i'd personally want to have a phone which i can charge overnight and it easily lasts a day. My Honor 6 with 3000 mAh battery easily gives me 6-6.5 hours SOT with wifi. But the battery stats mentioned of iphone are very good. I'll personally prefer a phone that can last longer. I leave my home at 6:30am and return home at 7-8 pm. And most of the times I don't have the facility to charge (re-charge) my phone. Besides carrying a charger all the time is not convenient at all. I'm android guy and like to play with roms that's why I don't keep iphone. But we should accept the facts and no i'm not iZia
