You've quite a few options in this price-range...
If you don't mind Qmobile "Branding" on your phone and a "Mediatek" inside your phone, then the best phone in this price range is Qmobile Z14 which is basically a re-branded version of Gionee S6 Pro... Full HD Display, 4GB RAM, 1.8Ghz A53s Octa... Oh, and a Finger Print scanner too...! My cousin
Huawei has P9 Lite and Honor 6X in this price-range... Both run on Huawei's in-house Kirin SoCs...
Samsung has Galaxy J7 (Old version) which has a 5.5" sAMOLED Display, and that's about its only selling point cause the hardware is kinda lacking... Snapdragon 615 is roughly on par with Snapdragon 430... And the resolution is just HD, not Full HD... The J7 (2016) has an Exynos Octa which has a slightly higher clock-frequency and larger battery... The display is still HD, and not Full HD... Samsung always try to rip-off its 'loyal' consumers... Lets hope the Note 7 fiasco bring some wisdom to Samsung...!
Alcatel, though relatively unknown in Pakistan, is very famous in USA... And its Idol 4 is a brilliant phone for the price, with specs roughly on par with Z14/S6 Pro... Full HD 5.2" Display, 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 617 (slightly better than Mediatek Helio P10 in "Q" with better overall quality)... The display isn't AMOLED, but its still a respectable IPS...
HTC has One S9 which has a Mediatek Helio X10... Better get the "Q"...! And The Desire 830 is... Well, forget about it... Its GARBAGE... Mediatek MT6753 and Mali-T720 in a 30 Grand Phone...??? HTC has gone NUTS with this one...!!! Avoid... HTC Desire 825 has a Snapdragon 400 with 32-Bit 1.6Ghz A7s; the SLOWEST core you might find today...! Avoid it too...
Lenovo Zuk Z1 has a Snapdragon... 801...!!! Vintage 32-Bit SoC, yet very VERY powerful when compared to other smartphones in this pricerange... Its like a Mustang... RAW POWER...!!! The GPU won't disappoint you, without a doubt...! Though 32-Bit hardware is kinda old... And The Lenovo Lenovo A7010 has the same problem as The Desire 830... Garbage SoC...!
Oppo F1S has a Mediatek X10, and Oppo R7 has a respectable SD617...
But none of them can hold a candle against...
The Google Nexus 5X...!!! That's the phone I currently own...! The Snapdragon 808 used to be The "Flagship" of Qualcomm so the hardware is FAST...!!! And the Pure Android is just icing on the cake... And lets not forget about the timely updates...
I looked at all of these phones before getting my Nexus... And for me, The Nexus is the king of 30 Grand Phones...!!!
Good Day!
