I got from many users of HTC (different models) that there phones need daily charging i.e power consumption of phone is more to drain out battery in 24 hours.
I need opinion on this issue?

it is one of the weakness of the htc .

Battery life of the cellphone are not good
Camera quality is poor just like BB they are far behind in camera department specially in videos too

every company has its own strengths and weaknesses

Samsung - Phone designs problem like many phones looks like made of the cheap plastic

SE and LG - Phones are less reliaable then other companies
Apple - Restrictions in OS

in these cases Nokia is the only company which is good but symbian is the only let down

i dont know but it seems as if im tired of owning different cell phones now... i might just buy a 3k or 4k phone and live with it...

ive used all of the popular os..

blackberry.. used it too many times now
android.. got it.. used it.. tweaked it.. now im done with it..
symbian.. used it wayy too many times..
iOS.. had 3 iphones... still the same.. lol
winmo.. used em.. not so user friendly lol

its either another iphone or nokia 1202..

Ya i own 4 hTC's MashaALLAH se Shukar alhumdulillah ALLAH Pak bare bol se bachaye.But 3 years back when i bought my first hTC TyTN 2 i was in love with it and from that day i have used almost every hTC.I introduced hTC to my whole family and some of them are using hTC's and they dont want another brand's phone in their hands.hTC's are rightly priced phones.I dont wanna comment on their prices.I m waiting for hTC' s 16mp camera phone and will put my hands on it.InshaALLAH agar ALLAH pak ne chaha to.

thats what they tried to improve in HTC Sensation and HTC incredible S i have heard that Icredible S gives are pretty decent battery life

Well guys, I'm not well versed with all the new mobile phone technology and softwares in the market. I have been using a Nokia N95 8GB since last 3 years. When I bought it, it was one of the most popular new phone at that time. However I believe technology has advanced a lot ever since. Now people talk about windows OS, droids, androids, BB, symbian and all the alien language terms like these which makes me feel i dunno anything at all.

I have a simple problem. I now want to buy a new mobile set which is under 20-25K. I dun wanna spend too much as it may get stolen so loss of money. But want a set in which I can send sms very quickly, that is the keypad should be very very comfortable to use. I also do not want the software to hang or take time to do simple things. Hence should be best software (I have no knowledge of droid, android, symbian, WinMO etc). Should be durable, attractive looking and have good prestige in terms of brand name. Also, camera quality should be good with good flash result.

What you guys recommend?

You didnt mentioned you need touchscreen phone or the simple keypad or qwerty ..

Keeping in mind your texting need i will advise you 1 phone from each category

1) Touchscreen In touch screens you will end up with Nokia or Samsung .. You wont get any good htc or Apple etc if your typing in a qwerty keyboard is good then it will be no problem to send the text messages

a) Samsung Galaxy Ace    Camera quality is good but video recording resolution is not so good  but it also packs a qwerty keyboard and touch screen so it will give you all options to send the messages 

b)  Nokia C7  28000PKR   it is touchscreen phone but good camera and reliable than N8

2) Qwerty if your typing is good on keyboard u can see for qwerty phones

   a) Nokia E72 white edition  22000   ( you will get free bluetooth headset with it )

In connectivity you can,but in platform you cannot.BB has their own OS and their own appworld.Samsung has Android platform which is completely different.

brother wave series is good specially wave 1 and wave 2 but i like wave 1 because of super amoled in it but super lcd is good too no doubt

samsung wave 1 is selling for 31 k but original price was 29 to 30k but it is now not available from company thats why dukan dar premium pe sell kar rhy hai

samsung wave 2 is new for between 33 to 34 k use one costs 24k to 28k depending on the market 6months warranty wave 2 was sold for 24k

i have found bada very good in camera department and even battery timming the most fav experience was video it was awesome it handles all type of videos

i recommend bada to those who need media powerhouse with less apps and games
