Very good experience, memorable.

Delay for months, but since the amount was nominal, so i myself was not too serious. However i must have made atleast 100 complaints.

Now i take them seriously and law enforcement agencies and lawyers tuned them well, and now my issues are resolved on top priority by their very senior executives, but don't want to shop there.

However, anyone having issues with Daraz, do let me know.

Apple fans, Inverter fans etc all welcome. No grudge against anyone.

In around 10k, best cameras do not exist unless an abused 2013/2014 flagship is purchased but then you will need to charge it all day and most of them are poorly refurbished anyway.

I need recommendations to buy an android phone for my dad, already got him an honor 8 lite but he is a Nokia and iphone 5s veteran and doesn't like large screens.

the requirements are

1. less than 5 inch screen size, he doesn't consider 5 inch phones pocketable
2. tough to break, damage (again if I get him a 5 inch phone with minimal bezels it'll be, too easy, a screen, to crack)
3. free of lag either due to optimized rom or powerful chipset

both new and used (relatively new) options are welcome.

Solid all rounder, doesn't have the best camera, but is good enough for most users.

Cannot comment if it will increase your electricity bills or not.

Best camera in mid range is mostly Huawei. Like P9 Lite, Honor 8 lite, Honor 6x (preferred).

Not an affiliate marketer (like Inverter AC thread people), so i recommend all brands depending on asker's requirements and try best to fit their needs at minimum possible price.

Had the first taste of VR yesterday.

Bought a VR box 2.0 from yayvo.com which arrived 10 days after it was ordered. The box looks good and well made, but that is where the positives end. The bluetooth remote failed to register on either of my 2 android phones. Without the remote, the goggles themselves are pretty useless. So that's the first disappointment. Any how as i am too eager to see what VR really looks like, i try to load a longish video and try to insert the plate back into the box. The plate that houses the phone fails to keep the phone in place because the phone has a curved back. No matter how hard a i try the phone slips out as soon as i try to mount it. I don't give up, as i am excited to venture in this new territory. After about 20 min. of fiddling and using a piece of soft plastic at the mountings, i finally am able to keep the phone in it's place.
I try to insert the plate back into the headset but no it won't go. The phone's is too thick for it's liking. I use force and even at the risk of damaging the screen i somehow manage to push the phone into the box but the screen is pressed pretty hard whenever i try to lodge or dislodge the phone. After all that used the headset for about 30 min. and it seemed out of focus and blurry especially on the right side. The adjustment knobs are a hit and a miss and either move a lot or don't move at all.

So over all the experience was a disappointment. I will try the shinecon vr headset to see if it is any better. But for now my main problem is that the bluetooth remote controller is not recognized by my phone (which is kinds old, running android 4.2). Any suggestions on what to do to get my phone to see the controller ??
