No idea about this one, as never faced such problem.

Could be because of Jazz Warid merger, but mobile data services, especially Google services are severly affected in roaming mode. This R is the reason you face google services problem.

Try mobile data on Warid sim and check if Google services, play store, maps etc work normally.

Don't know about value but there exynos is the more powerful chipset. They actually limit it so that the sd 8xx can perform as good. I read an article that showed that the exynos s8 supported 4k at 60fps however samsung did not give that feature as the sd one couldn't handle it.

You can run dual sim + sd card using an adapter which is available really cheap on AliExpress.
