Bhai my sincere advice is just go for some new set instead of these refurbished things
Let me tell u my recent personal experience of last 7 months
I bought an iPhone 6s after my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x malfunctioned (although its now with my father after 3 screen replacements) along with iPhone i bought redmi note 5 AI which i sold unused then i bought Mi A1 which i used only for a week then sold then i bought Samsung S8 plus used for 10-12 days and then sold and then i bought Samsung Note 8 which i am currently using. Now despite my being flagship i being a normal user (not interested in gaming and photography at all) don't feel a lot of difference between a cheap rs 15750 Redmi note 4x and a 80k(Pakistan price) Note 8. Yes of course screen is beautiful, s pen is an interesting feature but all of this doesn't justify a difference of rs 64000 in price of a redmi and a note 8 at all. Rather i would say the software of Xiaomi is miles ahead of Samsung in speed, features etc etc (s pen being a different thing). Fingerprint sensor of my redmi note 4x was 1000 times faster than both S8 plus and Note 8. And IR sensor of Xiaomi mobiles is very interesting feature as well.
In my opinion if u are not into changing ur mobile often and u are not biased towards Android or iOS then just spend ur 40k in some used iPhone 7 or may be if u can find iPhone 7plus. As despite selling my iPhone 6s i still say that even old iPhones stand rock solid against latest flagship
And if u want to buy an Android set then go for the cheapest available solution as per ur requirements. In ur desired category Oppo Realme 2 pro falls as well as redmi note 7 but its launch is faraway.

I just sold in iPhone 7, don't like iOS.
I need a decent camera and a good screen. Not really into LCD screens.
Phones with Oled screens in this price are

Oneplus 5
Pixel 2.

I was thinking of p20 lite, or nokia 6.1 plus new but i also need performance.

Go for OP5 or GP2 ...
Used samsungs are not in original condition, and about U model its UNLOCKED model for US market, also it has snapdragon processor instead of samsungs own exynos processor ...
If you have any source or friends in cellphone markets, do contact them to search for you ...
Otherwise dont waste your money in used samsung ...

Another reason to avoid Huawei Smartphones. I, for one, just can't live without Nova Launcher Prime.

To summarize; no OS updates, no security updates, no rooting, no ROM flashing and now, no 3rd party launchers.

And what else? EMUI actually SPIES on users!

My requirements is that i want a phone that will last 2 years without slowing down. I dont care for camera or battery or screen or anything just a phone that doesnt slow down.

My personal opinion is that cheap 20K phone have great RAM etc but slow down within a year due to lower end GPU and Chip-set. They dont handle all the new improvements in the UI and OS very well and start slowing down within a year.

While high end flagship phone get the flagship chipset and gpu so they last longer without slowing down ,

Since Iphone has their own os and their own hardware etc and good phone memory management it doesnt slow down but i dont want anything IOS.

In Islamabad there are tons of S8 with box, purchase receipts, accessories and every thing unlocked ones for 40-50K so should i go for that or maybe get the new Redmi Note 7 when it launches.

Will the Redmi Note 7 last 2 years for me without slowing down or not. And will a S8 with box and all receipts (a genuine phone) be good for 2 years

Bhai i can surely say that redmi note 7 will not slow down in 2 years BUT whether its hardware will last for 2 years is a big question because my 2 Redmi Notes plus my family one and several other colleagues REDMIs developed some sort of fault with 1-1.5 years.
But on the other hand if u talk about performance for day to day tasks i have found these Samsung s8 plus and Note 8 even slower than Redmi
Only attraction is their screen and s pen

I had a Mi4 once great phone didnt lag even after 3 years of launch but that was a flagship phone from Xiaomi. sadly that one wasnt water proof and my dad dropped it in water and its motherboard got fried.

My friend has a Xiaomi note 4, dropped it a little screen cracked at once, new screen from Xiaomi that cracked too without dropping, then battery went to shit and it turns off at 85% and even if you turn it on again it keeps turning off again till you charge it.

So i guess if Xiaomi phones aernt laggy then i shouldn't waste 50k on a S8 and buy a Redmi note 7 when it launches and then if it develops hardware fault buy a new phone for 25K again since end cost would be 50K in both cases for 2 years.
Either 1 S8 for 2 years in 50K
or 2 Xiaomi phone after each year in 25k Each

Waisay what are you views on the Mi A2, I like the Xiaomi UI and i wont get that on the A2 but is it worth it for 35K or Redmi Note 7 is better

I dont want to ever try Huawei again. I got a P9 lite 2 years ago. within the first year it started slowing down and today its so so slow that i turn on the camera wait literally 30-40 seconds and then the camera starts working. Same is the case if i open more than 2 apps.
UI is good but i dont want a huawei ever again. I bought 2 P9 lites for myself and my brother , both phones extremely slow now. It was 30K back then and bough my dad an Infinix some model for 18K and his phone works better than ours right now minus the shitty camera on infinix

I guess buy a Xiaomi then but keep it with care

Well I can vouch for xiaomi.
Using redmi 4x from 1.5 year 3Gb varient Even though it is a budget phone cost around 18k it's still going strong.
No issues so far. Same performance and battery life.
Look into the A2 lite it's pure Android one and looks great.
Or the the big brother A2 or Note 6 pro both are great if you prefer the EMUI.

Have P10 lite and P20 lite in family and both are working well.

Just purchased a Mi A2 for a friend and he is more than happy with it. Was considering Redmi Note 5 Pro as well.

Personally used Mate 9 for 1.5 year and now on Mate 10 since few months. No complaint whatsoever. Will recommend without hesitation.

I dont like the IOS generally that the problem warna i did think of getting a 6S Plus but IOS i didnt want to buy that.
The no bluetooth and the no back button specific and all the that i had an Iphone once i think it was 4 i am not sure used it for a month and then gave it to my brother
