I agree. Mi A3 is a very good phone. I have been using it for the past 3 months and hasnt given me any problems whatsoever. The camera is great, UI is smooth and doesnt lag. Battery is great, and overall performance is good too. Gaming is also decent and doesnt lag. Best of all is that it has the perfect screen size, not too big or not too small. Easy to manage and handle in day to day usage. And the build quality is great too. almost(almost) samsung like.
But one of the most irritating thing is that, my phone still hasnt gotten android 10 and that is very disappointing. I got the phone in anticipation of getting android 10 early.

I have a realme 5, its build quality doesnt even come close to mi a3 but realme 5 has some awesome battery life, 10hours of screen on time.
