Instead of Mi 9T I'd recommend you get a Note 8 Pro. It is a better phone, better camera, better processor. Rest Mi 9T is same with the addition of a notch less screen and a pop up camera if you are into that.

IN 60k budget, I'd recommend either a used phone or get a cheaper Mid ranger like Note 8 Pro. It will perform same as any new phone you'll get in this price and plus you will save some money.

OR

If you can wait for the new samsung galaxy a51 or a71 to get launched. They will good mid-rangers with good specs and up to the latest market standards/norms.

thanks. upgrading s7 which still is working like a charm a bit difficult considering the sky rocketing prices. waiting till march seems a better option as with new entries prices of old models may drop.

Bhai original tou bohaaaaaaaat mehnga milay ga. I remember around 6-8months back it was costing around 28k in Pakistan. My colleague went to Germany and got it replaced there for 25k but the German finishing was too good it looks like brand new now

just bought realme 5 for my mom the phone is freaking amazing feels like a flagship using it screen size is also huge honestly a friend have A70 which price is 60k both feels same while using! the differences are very minor ,since I also need to change phone I was inclined towards realme XT but it,s really overpriced in Pakistan confused between 5 pro /note 8 pro /mi a3(mi a3 just because it,s cheap now with stock android) Initially i wanted to buy realme x2/x2 pro but phones are really overpriced here I don,t think they will launch even if do get launched they are likely to be overpriced ......
