I think this is specific to exynos processor mobiles of Samsung. Doing some more research
And mine is not permanent. It occurs only when I quickly lock and unlock the device/screen or if similar thing is done through proximity sensor while dialing a call

What is the best phone in the 25-30k range nowadays?

According to my suggestion, if you can increase your budget to 35k, the best value to the money phone in this price range will be Vivo S1 Pro. Although it's processor is a little bit old (Snapdragon 665), but with its SuperAMOLED screen and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage make it worth the price.

Redmi Note 8 and infinix note 7

Used both phones even the Redmi Note 8 and 9 Pro (Not much of a fan of MIUI), but they can't be compared with Vivo S1 Pro in terms of the most value to the money.

The rest is your choice.

HTC interface was very user friendly, one thing I miss the most is the text-wrapping feature in the browser, no matter how much I zoomed in the text always wrapped in full words. Is there any app or hand set that has this feature?

Is there any solution of this thing other than screen replacement for Samsung Galaxy Note 8? And if i sell it in this condition how much it will fetch? This line is permanent but the screen turns yellowish if i turn screen on and off quickly. And some 1-2 lines more appear when i do this but later on they go away.

as for now mint condition note 8 is available at 40k approx

almost similar to 9 pro but 9 pro and 8 pro camera performance is almost same and they produce a bit better quality than 9s. i also has used mi note 10 lite and i found my 9s camera photo quality better than note 10 lite, i know you wont believe it
