Bro in 15k there are several choices.
If you need a good camera,
LG Renoir (8mp camera awesome quality).
HTC Hero (Android phone)(5 mp camera good camera with good focus).
Samsung Pixon12 (12mp camera which was best at its time) but i think you wont be able to find it.Its rare and old.
For music capabilities,
I dont wanna confuse you but above phones work great.
Some more alternatives but with average camera.
BlackBerry Bold 9000 (2mp camera) Trackball Berry
BlackBerry Curve 8900 Javelin (3mp camera) Trackball Berry
BlackBerry Curve 8520 (2mp camera) TrackPad Berry.

Here in Lahore, brand new factory unlocked 16 gigs iphone 4 in white is for 63-65k. For 32 gigs i dont have any exact price but the difference should be in between 6-8 thousand.

I just asked a friend of mine, the market price for 32 gig iPhone 4 White is 71-72000 which depends on exchange rate and stuff. So you can easily get around 67-68 & atmost 70 if it's your day! Hope it helped

There are two ways to check that..

The less time consuming one is that, check if Theres an application named ultrasnow installed in cydia i.e if the phone is jailbroken. if it's installed then it's a software unlock.

The second and the better way is to connect to iTunes and update the phone to the latest software, and then if gets locked, then its software unlocked. whereas if you can still use it as a phone then it's factory unlocked.

Software unlock aatay hain 35k to 40k then 7k ke IMEi unlock hote hai jo factory unlock ho k 50s me b sell hote rehtay hai

but white iphone 16gb factory unlock costs 65k original without any jugar and black one 60k

@PuNk its better to sell your iphone there than to bring and sell it here. Buying from here and then selling there might be profitable. Here factory unlocked iphones are selling for lower price than the factory price.
