Advanced Task Manager by "Rechild" is best.Download it,open it and uncheck itself (before kill) from the list and keep it running always.By the way dont charge phone with PC.Cuz Windows phones are not meant for that and charge it with its Original Charger.Why that is'nt included.? Did'nt you inspected everything before making purchase.?

charging it from pc cox that way its near to me too
i didnt checked anything except for the condition cox he was college mate n i got it for 20k
