go for hd 2 and i think it shouldn't be more then 23k ... even its brand new ... its very old model and its price is around 20k... htc desire is and always will be over priced ... every thing is almost like hd2 ... and battery is poor.

get SGSII......overall it is a better phone..... check both phones then buy....but i know u will like SGSII more ...display,resale,camera,browing speed,stylish looks...looks hot in ur hand .....
