Actually its a numbers game bro.SGS2 has numbers and Sensation has real performance if one understands how 2 CORES work.That's great that you are using Android Revolution HD on your device.The camera is undoubtbly better on Sensation and the overall performance too with the Sense UI.This is why i made a 100% correct decision of buying Sensation and after so much research it fills JOY on what i had spend for it.

do u recommend any other custom rom?

dont like blackberry, I am confused in HD2, 3gs and desire.
which one battery is good?, and is hd2 really not user friendly..
i like hd2 becuase of its big screen and all other features, but worried about battery timing, OS installation/configuration, user friendly or not etc,also its an old set, and may be difficult to find in mint condition.

or should wait and try to increase my budget for galaxy s1.

If you want simple User Experience with productivity then go for any Windows Phone 7.Battery timing is only good with BlackBerry and X10.
