Yes! you can install android, winmo7 , Ubuntu and meego in hd2 and Yes there is a dual boot even tri boot option in hd2 so u can enjoy both operating systems in one phone
Advice: HD2 is the best phone ever made by htc but its old model now so buying used hd2 might be a headache for you!!!
Price: pay 15k atmost for set chahrger
and 17atmost for full boxed phone

Guys... yesterday i got my HTC Desire HD from homeshopping and man I am happy to use it
thanks a lot to Sam, Heroofdikhan and others for their valuable input. keeping in view ur advice, i recharged my device when battery level was down to 11%. now please tell me, can i go below that level?
a what battery percentage does the cell turn off?
and lastly, which "running services" can i stop because i sometimes see facebook in it, calender is showing 1 process and 4 services, google service show 1 process and 2 services...... to in main se kuch off kiya ja sakta hay? bcoz i assume they'll be using the battery as well.

Ya ya HD2 is the eighth wonder of the world n how can i nod my head for no in this matter. HD2 prices in Khi are,21-24k for used and 30k for brand new ones n brand new units are very rare here. I have an HD2 and i also used it as tri boot. My friend has 16gb card with HD2 n he is quad-boot. HD2 is best. HD7 is also sooo cool but you cant install Android on it so its a no go.

Congratulations with Ma Shaa ALLAH sir. Enjoy it. Update it to get sense 3.0 then wait 1-2 months to get ICS ohh boy. lottery. By the way you can go down to 3% battery but it will auto shut off. If you dont have data plan then turn off facebook,maps,show me etc but dont turn off those that you dont know. To save battery you must uncheck vibrate when typing,turn off live wallpaper,lower your screen's brightness.

for saving battery
1) Turn wifi off when not in use
2) Lower screen brightness
3) Turn off live wallpapers
4) disable those app which automatically updates
5) Adjust thr screen timeout
and for processes install Advance Task killer app:)
