Guys I've been using a Zong anderoid set for 15 days now. Works fine except the virtual qwerty keyboard has very small keys so typing words is a bit cumbersome. Battery also has to be charged everyday as you get tempted to make long calls as by paying less than Rs 300 PM you can make unlimited calls to any Zong number for the whole month
The other set i have is a PDA. It's HP 6965 which i had bought new two years ago and have been using without any problem till now
did u root u Ideos ?and its network locked, right ?
its running froyo 2.2u face any lags ?
and what else u expect on a 240 x 320 resolution screeni think its good for its price but its better to save some more money and buy a used samsung I5700 galaxy

try out big button keyboard app or use swype keyboard or lastly Droid X keyboard and it should solve your problem the stock android keyboard is not good nor accurate
