Definitely One X coz its Quadcore while One S is Dual Core

Its not always necessarily means that Quad-Core is better than Dual-Core. Its the same case with megapixels count but theoretically higher megapixels makes the image blur. But anyways,Tegra 3 is multi-thread performer,while Qualcomm Krait is single thread performer,but still Krait feels more faster side by side but not by a heck of lot.

My Core2duo pc processor performs better then many core2quads.that doesnt means that a quadcore is always better then a dualcore phone.

Disagree!!! its necessary that Quad core will perform better and a Dual core processor if its really Quad core not just overlocked or having fake bois specs...

exactly .... one S is simply the best/fastest offering of htc ....

One x with quad core sounds good but its an old cortex architecture and its not better/faster then latest s4 krait dual core processor found in one S .....and there's is one limitation in all above sets ....they all hv fixed memory no sd card slot and todays HD contents or games takes lot's of space ....

Bro its right. Dual Core Krait is based on A15 and its 28nm process. While Tegra 3 is built on Cortex A9 with 40nm process so its far less efficient. Look at their architectures,dont look clock to clock. But Krait Dual-Core is the fastest CPU right now on market in phones followed by Tegra3 Duad-Core.
