Bro,i m using BlackBerry OS7,which is not so boring but ya its boring to some extent. BlackBerry Bold 9780 is a cool phone and you can get it in used for 18k. New one is i think is above 25k. Better get Torch 9800.

I have heard that BlackBerry AppWorld is not available in Pakistan.
So can you install important softwares/applications like English dictionary, medical dictionary in your BlackBerry? These are some basic applications.
Earlier I was using Nokia Symbians, now I am using HTC ChaCha android and oxford dictionaries are/were working very good. And the good thing is I got them totally free.

You can not use Blackberry App World in Pakistan even if you have BIS subscription.
