guys what is the current market prevailing price of a used Samsung Galaxy Nexus.Also is blackberry torch a good phone? and whch would you choose blackberry torch or blackberry 9780?..One more thing i want to ask form 9780 users is that is 9780 slow? any sort of sluggishness or lag?

Well No bro its not t-mobile version... is it like this tht most updated version will perform better? May I install 12 version? And u also have hd2 which radio u r using and are u facing any problem like this?

I m using Version 10 n having no problems so far. You can install radio that is 10 or above. But be cautious.
Download HTC HD2 Radio ROM Leo_RADIO 2.07, 2.08. 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12

Its really nice that BlackBerry users can now access Appworld on WiFi without activating BlackBerry Internet Service.
So now I am missing two things due to the absence of BIS.
1) GPS
2) Emails

BBM is not really necessary for me, as I have WhatsApp.
What about MMS, can I send/receive them?

MMS and all things data related is provisioned via Service Books on blackberries. Service books will only be sent to your phone by the network if you have BIS/BES active on your line.

Used Samsung Galaxy Nexus should cost around 31k in pristine condition.
BlackBerry Torch 9800 is slow and sluggish most of the time,Bold 9780 is also the same but its not really sluggish cuz its a non-touch phone.

Used Sony Xperia S today and i am sure sony put all their efforts in this but still it cant beat GS2. Touch response was also OK but the icons are smaller as compared to GS2. Further, Its heavier than GS2 also and Camera of Xperia S is superb. Fixed battery and Microsim was deal breaker for me ! Now i will wait GS3 prices settle down then i will pick !( BTW Black GS3 will soon be available also !

No,bro. I mentioned service books earlier,which you can only get by activating the BIS service. The service books then will be pushed to your device via RIM servers.
