depends,check the phone briefly,UI and compare it with ur s3.personally i prefer one x but s3 feels comfortable in hand.

16k, no warranty just check before buying. People who are buying nexus7 also dont have warranty but yes chinese products can have some issues so its better to check before buying.
Custom rom which i flashed has footprint of nexus7. All nexus7 apps and games are compatible.
It has same screen as nexus7, dual core A9 1.5 GHz processor, Mali400 GPU, dual cameras, 16GB stotage, 5000mA battery. Only difference between nexus7 and fire is that it has no GPS and processor is dual core not quadcore but as you know in case of android this multicore usage is not efficient so no big difference.
Nexus7 is obviously better, only if you get it for 20k.

Build quality is awesome, Ainol pakistan is officaly available now in Pakistan with local warranty but they don't have flame up till now
