Bought S3 today for 36k new from a friend's colleague. It was running on a jelly bean...micro sim. I knew something was fishy and straight away went to a mobile market after giving him half the amount. The moment the shopkeeper held it in his hand he said "Chinese hai na"?

i showed it to different shopkeepers then and compared it with the original...it was almost ditto same except the screen on the original was obviously a lot crispier. Yes the UI and overall experience there was no difference. However, the logo on the face of phone was embossed on the replica which is not the case with the original. According to the shopkeeper this same replica can cost upto 20k
I returned it back to him and after some arguments he gave the money back as he also works in the same office as my friend. One thing is for sure i'm not buying anything cheaper than the market from now on 
So i bought the Desire X in blue for 24.5k so far everything seems good. Needed an average spec'd phone within 25k. Its good for the basic usage.
