Check few from playstore and note down the name,u can get it from app named aptoide.google aptoide and download it from ur tab

Make a Google account. Go to 4.shared.com.type your app name u want to download e.g angry birds apk and download it to ur pc. After transfer it to ur mobile or tab. If still u don't understand I will come in ur pc through Teamviewer and tell u how to do.

I dont feel much difference in UI or performance even looks wise between s3 and note 2.i also never prefer note because of its size.
