Try Google sync. First upload your contacts from Iphone and then download on HTC

Simple. If you have synced your iPhone contacts, just open C:\Users\yourusername\Contacts and you'll have all your contacts listed. Select them all and click the export button. Export them as .vcf in a folder, copy that to your htc phone and there should be an option to import contacts.
