HTC's new flagship launched. quad core s4 processor, 4.7inch FULLHD display. aluminium unibody. there is a new, totally redesigned sense interface as well. personally i think it looks nice, much better than the current sense IMO. and the camera, 4 megapixels. only 4 mp! but the camera sensor has been much improved and htc say that 300% more light is now able to enter. well see and wait for the results, but a bold move for sure by HTC. many consumers dont know anything about cameras and blindly think that more mp is better.

"ultra pixel" is a marketing term, just like nokia pureview. the resolution of the camera sensor is infact, 4 megapixel.

4MP is a tough move,just like Samsung did it with G.Nexus and failed in camera atleast if compared to S2.will start saving for this phone,finally something to spend on phone after Sensation series

Megapixels are important when you are going to print the image. With 4mp @ 300dpi, you can have maximum 8.21" x 5.44" and with 8mp you can have maximum 10.88" x 8.16". The picture taken with HTC One is sure never going to end up hanging at wall!

It's a single core phone that why I am not recommending it, add 2k and get desire x. I don't think any other dual core phone will fall in 20k budget having 4" screen except q mobile

bro go for experia sola. dual core, nice design, good phone. and it falls in your budget brand new.
