chinese clones donot come with quad core , i saw many note 2 on olx which are equipped with dual core , am i right ? u think so?
korean handset will be available but with different model , as you say samsung galaxy note 2 as n7100 but korean model will be different i think but mostly the same specifications as n7100 , i think korean note 2 model is ShV-e250 .

Is your phone on custom rom? My gs3 dont have such problem with viber neither friends. Reset your phone and then install it again. May be it will solve the problem
