After watching and reading few reviews on Nexus 4, I come to know that the set is fragile as having glass at the back as well. Handset is for daily use and could not be used very much delicately so is more prone to break or at least could have a few hairlines at back. One more big draw back I found is that its sound of call is not loud enough besides the unavailability of memory card, though 16 gb is good enough for me.

Iphone 5 is not in my range right now.. so I guess, it would be better to wait for a month or two. Perhaps by that time google may announce 32gb version with maybe some cosmetic improvements.

in budget range 50-60k I could have more options to choose, in that case what would be your recommendations.

Your recommendations in 40k range, is that list in terms of priority i.e. priority 1 on top and so on. I will not go for dual core options, as I am looking for a handset which I could keep for some time and dual cores does not seem to have a long future.

PS: in electronic items, i do not believe in 2nd hand unless and untill it is used by a family member or close friend

in 50 to 60k range you can get following

Samsung note 2 (55k)
Samsung S4 (72k) price will go down after some weeks
Sony Xperia Z (58k) price will go down after some weeks

Sony Xperia ZL (64k) price will go down after some weeks
HTC One (86k current price is too much)
iphone 5 (70k)
and there are rumors of cheaper iphone too

HSN is now providing 1 year local warranty on iphone 5 and as per my knowledge no one in pakistan provide local warranty on iphones.

I personally think right now it is not the wise time to spend such huge amount. more phones are coming soon and bit late like Samsung note 3, Xiaomi MI-3 (beast), Sony Xperia ZR, iphone 5s/6, Google Nexus 5 e.g.

First make sure which features you want in the phone, phone size, value for your money, read reviews & users comments on gsmarena watch video reviews on youtube e.g.

If you are ok with Samsung note 2, 3 and S4 sizes then I would say wait for note 3 few more months if you can't wait then Note 2 is there.

In case you are not comfortable with note series size then you can grab any one of the above phone or wait little for some upcoming phones.

Atleast get a 2gb ram phone (future secure in apps & games)

condition is absolutely ok , but accessories are not accurate as expected due to its unavailability , batteries are genuine , but i again will prefer that note 2 is king of all androids having jumbo battery timings .

I love using touch screen phones but I dont mind one with a physical keyboard too, have used bb bold 9000 alot!

You can get uses xperia u in 15k but low end android phone will not be as fluid as iphone 4. So I would say increase your budget and get lumia 520 @17k

Xperia J is a waste of money.
Single-Core 1GHz and Adreno 200 is NOT worth 21k.

Xperia U/Sola are 10 times better.

Xperia J is an entry level phone And I think much better than U or Sola , jellybeans update being the plus pount . Performence is also not bad or laggy .
