@sajid20 bhai yes it's repairable but it'll surely effect the resale of your phone. Loss to hoga but isko loss mat samajhna. Allah par bharosa karen insha Allah iska ajar milegi.

Currently meri suggestion ye ha k ap isko market me repairing shops me check karwana. Software issue hua to repair ho jayega but i personally don't think it's software issue. Agar hardware issue hua to jitne repair charges honge ap utnay loss pe nikaal dena set most probably to repair men hi. Agar set rakhna ha ziada arsa to beshak repair karwa len

HTC one and huawei P6 both are great phone . Nexus 4 too in terms of design and display . you can sell s3 at much higher price as compared to ip4

You can't get better camera in this range, Average camera will be available in this range. Check out Huawei ascend Y300, or any Qmobile brand, all of them will give you better picture quality in day light. Increase your budged little more and get Xperia L or Xperia P though P is an old model.
