infact all samsungs have almost same user interface I 'd love to try a sony this time but resale and reliability is where samsung is the safest purchase

It does not make sense to buy a new S4 and Htc One now because S5 & new Htc one will be here within 2 months. I will suggest you to go for LG G2 16gb around 42k and 32gb around 47k (price without warranty).

On the other hand in phablet category Z ultra is only a phablet which meet your criteria, though this is one big phablet touching tablet boundaries. You can get it for around 47k. Note 3 is out of your budget and since you have used Samsung phablets you should go for Sony one now. Sony Xperia T2 Ultra mid-range phablet is also available now for 43k

There is one used Z ultra for sale on PG and one on PW forum.

after reading so many reviews on z ultra I am really impressed and yes I need a change this time
but ultra z has a poor cam result in low lights/ indoor
so thts y m a bit confused now rest its a great phablet with impressive looks
I thought t2 ultra is not available I will check the reviews and specs

ultra z has a bad still cam result ? Currently m using mega 5.8 if the result is even equally good (megas result is also just ok nothing impressive acc to me ) then I will go for it

Never go for T2 ultra my cousin had one and it made him mad because it hanged a lot. Maximum 3 tasks could be run on it . It might have good specs but the combination of hardware and software is crappy.

Xperia C and Moto g both price is 23k. Moto g is way better then C except the back camera.

I saw that comparison but both phones are piece of crap. Moto G looks like Qmobile. I will increase my budget and get a nexus 4 it's a very nice phone.

Dear, please do not compare Qmobile with Moto G. There is hell of a difference between these too. Moto G is one of the best selling mid-range phone in many markets. According to Moto G owners (on PG) and reviews the phone does not feel cheap in any way when hold in hand, it gives you the feeling of expensive and great build quality phone. I have not seen a single review in which some criticize the Moto G.

Find me a same phone as of Moto G offering under 23k?

The battery timings of G2 is awesummmm! . My Father`s Note 3 does not even come close . I am currently at 51 Hrs without any charge , with 5 hours screen on time and still 35% battery remaining ! . This is on stock 4.4.2 Kit kat.

Your friend is right but there are pretty much chances that it is refurbished . secondly if I was you I would have taken it to a cell phone market and asked for 40K. No negotiation. and I am 90% sure that it would have been sold at my price because chrome sides will be hidden due to the Flip cover. By the way Xperia Z ultra is a fine choice it was my ex phone once. there were no lags no hanging etc. Taking pics in rain was the most fun part. I was at lake view once one it was raining heavily. and I was taking pics of my bro. People were looking at me as I am doing a crime :D.
