I am using Iphone 4 right now so not a hater but there are certain things you don't enjoy on 4" screen like watching videos, typing text, browsing internet, playing games and a lot more.
Secondly if its perfect then why Apple is going for 4.7" screen for the next iphone????

Agree. Steve Jobs said a phone should not go above 3.5" but since Steve is no longer in Apple. Now apple can go for any size. He was also against 7" iPad mini size.

At that time, maybe he was right because they want to sell both phones and tablets but the current consumer has been given options of phablets like Note series. So the competition is tighter now.

For 19k, you can get a used S3, HTC One X+, Galaxy Note N7000, iphone 4 and many more stuff.

You need to root your device and freeze Korean apps , other option is to root and unlock bootloader and install international software .
Search XDA , Google is your friend
