New one costs around 39k without warranty
Used in excellent condition with all accessories would be around 30-32k!

You quote too less for most of the times, I think you have no idea of market prices. You can't get excellent condition S4 in less than 35k.

Not tried Bawany Mobiles although their rates are the lowest, I trust HomeShopping more as they appear to be a bigger group and I have purchased mobiles from there twice and am satisfied.

I don't have any idea about lahore, isb markets, how they sell, repaired sealed etc! you can go to a trusted shop, or buy it from homeshopping.pk but it costs 42k on their website!
