They sell without warranty. I heard bawanay and hsn both get most phones from gray market through different channels that's why they sell them cheap as compare to local market.

Though I am not sure about it. Btw no one is trustworthy these days from whatever place we buy.

have bought a few phones in the last couple of years including a couple of iphone 5s and a galaxy note 3 and noticed that even from my regular vendor the moment anything goes wrong with the phone they say to go to such and such office to claim warranty and repairs rather than having it sent themselves so it seems you are right

Z10 is a crap phone when compared to Androids. It has the worst resale ever. Xperia Z is still selling 1749 AED here in Dubai and BB Z10 is 849 AED. I sold a black 9/10 Z10 with box, accessories and EMS warranty for 15k.

Overall its a nice phone. The camera is good, the phone feels really nice and I kinda like the design.

Battery life is terrible, it freezes a lot on 10.2 update, it has problems with WhatsApp, very few Android Apps work. There's a list on Crackberry forums. The UI is okay, it lags a bit if you have a lot of apps.

Lags even with 2 GB RAM shame Blackberry . Thanks for info , was planning to trade my Optimus G with Z 10 but now will refrain myself . G is a real monster.

It is F180 but now on international english rom . Running official 4.4.2
