Recently bought moto g. Its a great phonr and plain android experiance. I m a heavy user and I was charging my previous brand new S3 twice and on weekends 3 times a day. Moto g gave me screen on time of 5 hours and no charging needed. Also upgraded to 4.4.4 and 4.5 lollipop is coming up for moto g.

I haven't received the 4.4.4 update on mine yet.

No ota. There was a procedure on xda where you download the 4.4.4 around 160mb rename the file and place it on your phone. Than check ota update and it will say update available. Did this. If you couldn't find this i will try and let you know tom.

You want Sony, Samsung or Apple?
If Sony, get Xperia Z1 brand new.
If Samsung, increase your budget a bit and you'll be able to get Galaxy S5 or Note 3.
If Apple, get Gevey sim iPhone 5s brand new!

I kept my HTC One at home and used Nokia 101 in Karachi. Only used HTC when in car to do my stuff

Bro I didn't find any difference at all... and I updated it through sony pc companion software... OTA update not available on all devices YET...

Motorola makes great phones but unfortunately they have very bad resale here. Just this afternoon, I sold my XT910 RAZR for 9.5k on OLX. After buying it for 19k less than a year ago.

how come you guys are recommending S5 but not Z2? what's special about Z1? if i remember correctly Z1 had poor battery life while Z2 trashes the competition in this department.
