Which phone to buy in Rs. 25,000/- either new or slightly used. Preferences are good camera, no larger than 4.7" screen good display, and good battery time. Resale is not an issue as I wont sell it.

Personally I like G2 mini design i.e. not larger border around screen, but it is out of range. I have to strictly limit it to 25K or less.

Buy Moto G 16gb, you'll simply love it, you can also get iPhone 4s in excellent condition in this range, Galaxy S3 used or new for 27k.

Did you check Moto X? 13 mp cam and 2 GB ram. You can get one in your range.

Check out qmobile z4 mini a decent phone with 3000mah battery....

I am unable to find any Pakistani site selling it. Aliexpress has it available but I am yet to find any comment someone who has received a phone in Pakistan purchased at Aliexpress either with tariff or without paying it.

I know its Huawei and no I do not want a second hand phone of a more reputed brand. I just like this one and need a good looking phone that I can afford.
Anyone know of a supplier from China for such goods or any other way to import it.

Don't get any "mini". You can also get Xperia C in this range but it's screen is 5", Note-1 is also another option, iPhone 4s if smaller screen is okay for you. You can also get Galaxy S3 used in excellent condition for 21k and new for almost 27k.

G2 mini is an amazing set. With amazing battery life. Only draw back is it comes without ambient light sensor

Its available.
I9300 will be around 27-27.5k and the I9305 will be around 28.5-29k.
Some shopkeepers can be dicks so try to kick down the price by 1-1.5k.

All mini phones are not really good, s3 mini s4 mini were a fail to be honest. Well that's my personal opinion, I've no idea about Moto X, it's a great phone but hard to find used in markets
