was waiting for note 4 but can't wait till then so buying a high-end phone before eid (or after eid holidays) for now, so is galaxy S5 snapdragon verision a safe buy now? since, the price of snapdragon version is also dropped. don't like htc m8 and lg g3 at all and xperia z2 has a huge list of flaws so only left with galaxy s5. should i go for it?

Don't buy Z2, it has some design flaw which cause camera to overheat after taking few pics.

G3's QHD screen also seems half baked and rushed to the market, plus processing power isn't there yet to properly support QHD so stick with Full HD phones for now.

S5 seems good overall device. No specific issue found after a quick visit to xda forums. So snapdragon S5 is a GO.

S5 is the safest purchase, good luck!

thanks for the input bro and @wheelie and now, my only concern is that do you guys have any idea about the galaxy s5 prime or the galaxy F that was being leaked by evleaks? like are they coming anytime soon like maxxxx till august or should i just go with galaxy s5 rather than thinking about the later variants that are not yet even confirmed/official?

I don't think they are in the same range. S3 will be around 20-22... while good note 2 can be around 28-30...

Note 2 isn't that much better than the S3. I'm speaking of personal experience, I've used a Note 2 and have kept 2 S3's.
There wasn't much difference.

The only thing you get with the Note 2 is the S-Pen and the annoyingly large screen.

S3 comes with a 2GB RAM variant as well (GT-I9305), so you could opt for that. It'll be around 25-26k.

S3 battery is pathetic. I sold my brand new s3. I was using neatrom to save some battery. Now i bought Moto g. Its on 4.4.4 and pure Android experiance. Moto g easily lasts one day and i am heavy user. I was charging S3 two or three times a day.
