I purchased pin pack Galaxy Grand 2 Duos. Nice phone. I don't understand why it shows 1 gb of total ram whereas it's written all over it has 1.5 gb ram . Can someone help please.
I guess, other 500mb is used by the OS.
A guy is selling his galaxy S4 on PG for 22K in warranty of 4 months. The problem is the front glass is cracked but not the LCD and Digitizer. You can have that glass replaced in about a 1000rs if u want to although when screen is on the crack is barely visible. I guess it's a nice deal if you know things around.
Are you sure it's not replica one? It should show 1.5gb ram in running processes though free memory would be far less.
CPU-Z is also showing total ram 890 mb . I checked a galaxy grand single sim and it was showing 1300 mb of total ram.
Replica was the 1st doubt came in my mind but checked thoroughly It's original Samsung device running stock samsung pre-installed apps fine and device got official updates from Samsung too OTA. It shows 890 mb in apps and free ram is around 300 mb. Same on cpu-z

Without warranty is the issue!Bro there are thousands of replicas out in market that are exactly the same as original but inside there's a lot of difference! The best would be to take it to another shop ask them whether it's original or not and if it's not, take it to the guy from whom you bought it and give him a good beating!!!
Ill pass through his dam @$$ if he cheated me but i am 99% sure it ain't a replica. I checked hardware on CPU-Z not on Antutu(which reads from build.prop and can be edited in whatever way you want). It has got official updates from Samsung OTA.I guess Samsung has played some dirty game.
Samsung haven't played any dirty game. 899mb used and 300mb free. It sure is working fine. 900+300 equals to 1200mb the rest maybe used by the OS. Don't be confused it's the correct one. Would you mind sharing screenshot of running processes page?
It ain't Korean variant it's international variant bro and link you posted is of samsung replica phone which may show high end specs in pre installed edited Antutu but in reality it will be a piece of $hi%. Any smartphone user can easily figure out it's replica. Difference between korean replica and original korean device has to be understood , often korean variants have better specs as compared to same model international variant but that's a different story. Original korean variants will get updates and all but replica wont.Samsung launched Grand 2 in single sim ( 2 sim model is optional) and i guess that's the place where they played. I'm not sure but might be that the extra sim is using more ram. Best would be to ask someone who has a grand 2!

Once a friend got Note 2 replica, i must admit it was almost 1:1 copy. Physical appearance was same even if it had touchwiz. It was showing 1 gb ram on Antutu and Apps manager but once i checked on CPU-z it was only 256 mb .

Lol it really have some flaws, i had to swipe my fonger twice or thrice everytime to unlock it...sometimes it never worked so had to use password instead of scanning
