A good camera even in low light
Good Web browsing , watsapp good wifi connectivity
Yes it should be 3G 4G
A good battery life
Currently i am using Note 3 downgrading as I have to travel in some risky areas at night so don't want to carry such an expensive device so kindly suggest me a good phone
