Seriously? I mean there might be the occasional hiccup(mostly not) but the features it offers through the S-pen are amazing. Touchwiz is also filled with features.

I really like the U5, it seems like a great phone. BUT, the 512MB RAM really put me off.

Anyway, HSN has a used 8GB Moto G (for 13k) in their Clearance Sale section.

U5 is very 3rd class pathatic stay away don't waste ur money, your budget is quite good and you can easily buy her moto g, a900 or any lumia phone, recently my friend bought lumia 720 for 13k and its awesome phone with great display and camera, battery backup is better than android

Yes it runs all android apps after 10.2 update. 10.3 is expected soon(leak is already available) and its nice os with very good ui(check screen shots i posted few pages back). Z 10 gives very premium feel in hands ,camera result is very good , excellent call quality. you can get one with complete box and 6-7 months international warranty in 15-18 k easily.
