I have re done the exhaust will upload pics for that, however about the air filter i have two the one which you attached is a small filter the one i have installed is a bigger one, and i cant find a straight mold to put it in a way you showed in the picture! I bought this filter from bangkok!
FiLTER waise DiRECT CARB par lga hu tou zra GRACE aati hai, is tarhan lgta hai k JUGAARR ki hovi khair nevertheless its FiNE!

After Successful Completion of Cg125 in a cafe racer
now working on a CB 100 chasis, With XL-180 motor, But this time it will be a resto mod and not a cafe racer i guess...
what about its own ENGiNE?
Cb 100 Engine is a scarce Resource body!,,, And i am looking for something powerful..that is why XL 180....
well i guess you should go with the original ENGiNE rather than replacing it with XL-180, in my opinion wo maza nahi rehta bike jab pata ho k ye ye cheezain iski original nahi hai
you are right though, but trust me if i was to get this chasis with a stock engine i would have rather gone for a CD 200
