Hey! I have a brand new deluxe. I have done 517km on it. I changed the oil at 500km. It got much better. At speeds greater than 50km/hr the engine makes loud sound but it can accelerate if I asked it too. Do not worry after oil change you will be able to go above 60km/hr easily and do not worry about the sound that is cg 125 signature sound. Below 50km/hr engine is quiet but as soon as you increase the speed you hear that sound. Enjoy!

Any idea my service period has come after purchasing exactly 1 month. but my kms are not completed. will they accept the coupon whenever I go for the service. It would take about 2 weeks to reach 1000kms now

I have the same problem. It has to be either 1000km or 1 month since the date written on your 1st free service card. My 1 month will come to an end on 30th June and I have only done 560km so far.

Koi masla nahi. Mechanics k pass konsa computerised system hai. I did first service after 2 months and mechanic even didn't see the date on card. So, it depends on mechanic.

If he says no you will have to pay labour charges as well. 'Free Service' sirf naam kee hai. You are already paying for Oil and every thing else.

I personally want to complete running as soon as possible and see what bike can do on full throttle. I do not expect it to be any faster than a cg125 classic but the disc brake has saved me from accidents many times. One time from a rickshaw who came infront of me frome no where and second time from a truck who applied full brakes right in front of me. Speed was 70km/hr. Deluxe seems safer to be on.

yes I too personally went to buy a cg classic but ended up buying the deluxe because the dealer recommended me , he said cg classic is a favourite for thieves as well and if u want comfort and more road grip plus a much safer braking system and a central safe handle lock then i would recommend u to buy the deluxe one. also there are 5 gears in deluxe ( personally i believe the fifth one is of no use because of a pathetic gear ratio) .

but over all looks are great much sporty and aerodynamic look the fuel gauge is an addition plus a nice looking speed o meter . So I thought it would be much pleasure to ride this one as I have never ridden this type of bike before.

Lost a foot peg rubber today. It was loose so I think it must have fallen off. Called the Parts center and they told me it was 685 Rs for a pair. So I think there goes the theory that honda parts are cheap.

Expensive...
I once got a local foot peg rubber for CG of good quality for 50 rs. They might be telling you the price of complete foot peg.

Hmmm.... i will check that out. Apart from that the bike felt and sound amazing. I took it up to 80km/hr today. It is exciting to drive. Overtaking a bus or a slow moving car ahead is so easy. I just twist the throttle and she delivers. Before I used a suzuki sprinter. It was good but I didn't feel as confident. So far so good.

I couldnt make it till 80km/hr still I dont know why its just like 70 kmph is the last then there is a hell loud sound and vibration so for the sake of engine care I did 70kmph max

Maybe if you give it more time. I have clocked 700km. It took 3000km for my previous bike to touch 100km/hr. Tell me did you do your first oil change?

Well I have done 550kms today and yes 2 times one at 250km and other oil change at 500
