No idea about vibration could increase or decrease

Ok..
last question would the engine no and make needs to b changed on the registration copy of bike.? (necessary)
Would resale be affected..If at the time of sale again its orignal engine is fitted then.?

Yes its necessary to update new engine no on book

Yes resale will be effect even with original engine fitted back ad book will have new number

PS. putting a abused local Zongshen engine would be a very bad idea.. paiggio engines are use and scrapable engines..

No parts are not a problem any more and besides it inherits 90% from CG and 10% from sazgar so that is not issue

Yes, it absolutely sounds like CG with CG exhaust, I would say even better with deeper and crispy base Thump..

No its not a bolt on - plus one cannot remove tappet cover once fitted (requires a workaround) also front Cowling with four Bolts has to be adjusted for new engine with different placement of mounts..

1 - Nah, even you can fit that R.piaggio engine in your cg, I swapped mine in a middle of a night just for fun..

2 - You dont need to make mounts but you have to widen the front cowl holes a little same will work.. I used a Drill machine with a Grinder tip.

3 - Yes thats the bad part one has to lower the engine, so I did a work around to use a slim tappet cover of another china bike, even you can use ur CG's cover both are ditto copy.

4 - Vibrations are reduced by 25% no more..

You might do wiring carefully and not get your CDI busted.

@hassantahir2 besides I will also advise you not to go for an old lousy used up Ravi Piaggio engine, I am using a brand new engine and that is the only reason its is giving me so much fun... I remember when we placed a used but repaired engine in a Hero 125 and it was total failure.

which liquimoly and other oils you poured, what was their api?

Other oils such as Havoline are API SG. But only liqui moly i use which is also 20w-50. API SL.

Api sl is not good for ancient cg engine it needs api sg/sh etc older grade oil

Explain opening half the head ?? Was the head sliced into two ?? i am sure there must be a cut somewhere ??

Jokes apart the procedure you described is employed by everyone who gets headwork done the head and the cylinder are removed and the way the jain is installed back is a giveaway that headwork has been done.... if u dont want bore the other safe option is to go for new cylinder worth Rs1800....So your mechanic(may Allah increase his ranks in Jannat) didnt do anything special.

Problem is being lucky enough finding a good, well experienced and HONEST mechanic. In lahore, my Cg used to give 15-23 km/Liter Average. I was tired of these low calibre people. And i have changed as much mechanics in lahore after finding out they were incapable of doing basic stuff.
My mechanic is in my hometown,near Multan. I asked him about new 1800 cylinder. He said. No need unless u really wanna spend money. I said ok. And he fixed the problem. What more do i need.

Yea he and me maintain my bike very well, how so?

Even if there is one little sound in my bike, i take it to him and he fixes it without cost. No matter how many times a day i go.

Great! Have you fitted them without any alterations.. As i heard that chain cover needs to be altered for fitting some other rear shocks in CG...

My front shocks are upto mark close to that of YBR.. I rebuilt them from a good mechanic using some other bikes springs inside and filled them with ATF now there damping is superb.... The rear ones are pathetic even on main roads i can feel the smallest bump......
