Pathetic response after booking of car. They lie and give false delivery timelines. Delivery was in April 2021. It was delayed and then delivery was promised in 2nd week of May 2021. Its 22 June and still i haven't received car. Moreover, all the staff is ill mannered, including female staff. Once you visit showroom they start nonsense arguments and never receive phone calls. Mr Sheraz dealt us during booking but now he never picks up his phone or mobile number, even if you drop a sms. Other staff Mr Fakhar and Ms Mehwish is equally irresponsible and dont even bother transfering call or taking messages and assisting properly. It is fine if the showroom can't deliver but atleast staff can be truthful and nice in their dealings.
Master motors must cancel their license as a showroom or atleast fine them. This sort of attitude lets down any business and this is the main reason that new entrants faw, joy, qq, bravo etc didn't succeed in Pakistan. If this is the attitude of showroom than what to expect from normal mechanics who thrash reputation of any vehicle. I hope master motors take some action and don't fall pray as other companies.
