Bad valve seats Bhai. Get the engine compression tested to check the health of the engine.

I have seen the compression test videos on YouTube. But who will do that for me in such a small city i.e. kohat? Even I have never seen that in Peshawar.
I hv consulted a mechanic. He advised me to do a ring peace work done. Kindly guide me that what are the important things to consider before opening the engine? Wat would be the estimated cost?

Don't know about the estimated cost in your city bhai.

But before going for a complete overhaul you should get it tested first.
Plenty of things to consider as far as an owner is concerned you would always look for best quality parts at OEM specs never cheap out on parts. The mechanic should be competent, proper head and block facing, proper cable seat adjustments, main began adjustments, proper cleanliness etc etc....

Bhai if the original one is properly made it will serve you better than any Kabli engine you buy. You don't know what is the Kabli engine's condition from inside. It is an old car and the engine have been out of production for almost 2 decades now,

@dayrider Bhai can tell you that better if the parts are available in Peshawar or not. But my guess is they are for sure available.

Kohat is not that far from Islamabad. Hence he can come to us at Islamabad, get compression test done and if required we will rebuild his engine up to the factory specs.

Hello Dear: Hope u would be fine. I was have some of domestic issues, so not able to post any updates. Unfortunatly my ride was in not that condition, so could visited Islamabad.

So I have ever other options, opens the engine here in Kohat. Brought all the engine spares from Peshawar. Engine just started yestrday. Kindly suggest me where I can get the T-Valve of that engine ? its not available in Peshawar.
