Whoever that was, has misquoted the price. To swap the 2nz or a 1nz, you'll require the gearbox, ecu, wiring, axles, mounts, air cleaner, maf sensor and other small bits here and there. All of this should cost you within a 100k. Not sure if the petrol and the diesel variants share the same radiator though. If they're different, you might need to replace the radiator as well. The 5afe + gearbox should fetch you around 15-17k. In addition to that, you'll need to replace or modify the exhaust as well because the diesel variant comes with a lesser restricted exhaust and would be loud with the petrol engine.
Since you're swapping it into a corolla, I'd recommend you to go for a 1nzfe because the 2nz is underpowered for it. I've done the same in my father's corolla and it has a much better power to weight ratio and is better on fuel as well because it pulls the weight of the car easier than the 2nz.
