If you are ready to spend more than the value of car then you may go ahead.
I respect others opinion, in my opinion one must not go for cheaper bad condition car. No one in Pakistan atleast, can do the justice, repairing of a dead car is sheer wastage of time, efforts and money, no matter how senior is the :Ustaad' -> (I agree there are few professionals like those who restore JDM cars but again, the cost factor). You can not achieve the same outcome which can be felt in a car on company settings.
Plus, with sky rocketing duties at ports/shipments caused junk parts out of reach now. Charade old aka Kabli parts are becoming rare, lifeless and too costly.
Rest is your choice.
A genuine 88 model Charade aka Anda Charade is rare and you will be extremely lucky if you get one. A good condition will not be less than 3.5 or 4 lacs.
