You should be buying new headlamps they are available at plaza as well as the bumper and the windscreens...

Check with Nippon Autos or Keystone Autos for the lights and the bumpers at plaza Karachi. If you are unable to find new ones then shershah Bhai... New parts are new. Shershah has salvaged parts majority are really good work for life some are absolutely crap... There it depends upon the buyer to search the right thing...

i have kept this model for nearly 6-7 years.

nothing wrong with the brakes. if they are maintained properly. all components are available (chinese/taiwanese) brand new in karachi. NEVER EVER USE KABLI/USED/SCRAP MARKET material on BRAKES.

Hello Everyone: I have overhauled my CB 23 engine yestardy: Kindly suggest the precuations. Specially related to T-State n T-valve. Mechanics are not suggeting that but I am want to install T-Valve.Another thing, where I can get the T-Valve of Charade G-11? it is not avaiable in Peshawar. I dont wan to install used T-valve (which may be available is Shoba of Peshawar)..

Any other Brand T-Valve can be installed in that or otherwise ?

Precautions are as follows:

1. Drive gently for the first 1000 Kms
   2- Keep oil level full and do not over fill. CB23 main seal is sensitive.
   3- install the T-stat. The size is shared with Toyotas. Mine had a 2C used T-stat which lasted for 200K Kms and then I sold her. You can install a new Suzuki Tstat with Temp rating of 82.5 C
   4- Keep checking the radiator for coolant or water level.
   5- Don't drive at constant RPMs and fluctuate the speed during run in.
   6- Change oil after 1000 Kms.

Thanks for detailed information. I will keep all that points in my mind. Bw that, Suzuki T-Stat means any of Suzuki Brand like Mehran, Alto, Cultus etc or any specific Model?
