Salam guys i didn get a time to update this Post, but i am sharing the Final pictures of my Car, the Paint has been Done in Bhatti, Color tone 045 toyota . Remaining thig is left is inside Fititing of pOshsihs, was busy in Stuff so thats why couldnt update and Denter painter did job Brialliantly and Slowly and i didnt push them too so it took around 2 months to complete this Car

Your denter painter may have done job brilliantly but they failed real time in masking the car properly

Door handles, rear number plates lights, silencer, bumpers should have been painted black in my opinion
And also please DONT PAINT MUD FLAPS white after installation

Yes bro actually i made him do this, i asked him to Paint everything white, the Door Handles and Back Number plate Lights, it looks more beautiful to me.

Salam Brother Sorry for late reply, Actually i used the same Doors but bought new 4 Panels for the Door .. Removed the Rusted panels installed the new Ones, they are easily available in Market they are Called PALLAY door k in urdu lol

Project update, Car was Parked Since Febuary 2023 and now i started the Remaining work, was busy in other stuff and Car battery was Dead too so didnt get a chance to complete pending things.

Now what i have done, Installed new battery, Did complete Wriring Checkup AGain, Fixed the Gauages Meter Connection. Tint the Windows of Car, Locks Renewd , Bought Some pArts from Daraz and After Market guy who Deals in Charade parts

1- Parts from Daraz, Radiator Bottle
2- Stickers
3- Door Switch light
4- inner Lining for Windows
5- Viper bottle with Motor of Mehran will installed in Charade
Parts Bought from Charade parts Guy in karachI
1- Steering Wheel MIRA New Condition
2- Seat Belts of Charade Genuine
3- Gear Knob of Charade Genuine
4- Inner Plate of AC Switch which has all the Knobs with new Conditon
5- Samosay that is Side mirror inner Plates

Replaced Reart tyre also, Put 175 70 13 and Front are 165 70 13

Xulfiqar Bhai, i changed its suspension but maza abhi b nahi hai, i was planning to Visit AFzal bhai and give him a try for this car and see what he Suggest for Suspension work.

Did your mechanic fully tighten whole suspension while car was lifted on jackstands?

Nope i guess didnt do that, will try doing that again, further more i changed the Steering RACK but feeling some play sound in it while car is standing idle and if i move the reck it makes some sound like ghad ghad ! i showed ths to steeting guy from whhere i installed it SHAFIQ MORE, he said Steering baxxaa is fine its your Universal T sound lol dont know if he was playing with me or if his Steering Reck was QABLI Expired.

The suspension needs to be torqued while entire system is at driving height, meaning either car should be on lift with all weight of car on wheels or on jacks but jacks under the spindle assemblies to support the weight, this way the bushings are not twisted.

Make sure your mechanic understands this.

Your rack making noise, and mechanic blaming it on intermediate shaft U joint? Then ask him to replace that joint too.

I will go to AFZAL Bhai now because that was a Random Suspension guy Shop at Shafiq more which i found on Facebook market place.

Pls pls donot put these idiotic stickers like GT sports, special edition or sports mind.

the car is looking just fine. your car needs serious cleaning at areas where the painter has sprayed white color like inner door rubbers, tires etc.
Get rid of those mehran side mirrors and find its original ones. please source the inner qtr plastic trims that hides the side mirrors.

Aur han afzal bhai new shop is in now lines area near thanvi masjid. dont go to his old shop where his brother will scam you.

Yes bro I will put it's genuine mirrors and samosa plastic also . I have source it. Limited edition looks good I have handed over my car to Afzal Bhai today he will check and repair everything and let me know tomorrow.

Car is with Afzal Bhai, Hopefully Dekhein Suspension issue Resolve hojae iska and tyre jam ho rhay thay Due to BReak pistons.. once Suspension issue will be Solved then nothing will be left in car ..

Further more need to install new Radiator also.. Will Rule that out After Suspension work is Done. Though i have told him that @Xulfiqar bhai ne bheja hai ap k pass

wese bro i took the car from afzal today, car steering is very stiff right now and afzal said it will take some time for getting normal.. further he charged extra amount for his labor, total bill was 24k out of which the labor cost was only 14k.. in my opinion its not justified for shock repair and bearing press only charging 14k. i wil share the slip here. well it was my first experience the labor charges are tripple times higher than market. so please do ask 1st before starting the work.
