The one you have got is Rev B fallback.
I think Rev B one has lesser speed, I had read It somewhere.

Rev B bandwidth is 9.3mbps while Rev A is 3.1

Simply put Evo devices work on Rev A while Nitro and Wingle is Rev B with fallback to Rev A

Nope they miss guided you, The device can only fall back to Rev A 3.1mbps. At least this is what I understood after reading the details on ptcl website.

BTW it looks like you are always in Rev A bandwidth, can you confirm if you area is under 4G coverage of PTCL? Try testing it somewhere else maybe?

I've seen some very worse times with my nitro cloud but it was always above 4/5mbps when speed tested at Rev B, distortion and jitter kills these devices actually.

If the guys above are right then this device is not worth buying at all.....

Is there anyone say in karachi who has bought this device in say the clifton defence area? Maybe we can a better idea of speed then?

Also can someone please explain to me what the difference between REVA and Rev B speed is? Which is the faster one the 9.3 one not the 3.1

Because the device pictured above is the exact same one I wanted to buy ....I was told at the PTCL shop that the fall back on that was the same as what the wingle runs on all over pakistan so it should not be an issue.....Plus I guess because of taxes that particular device with 4 months free usage was being offered at 18000 at the one stop shop here in clifton.....

tHE DATa caps are bad enough....but they also have a 50gb cap as well ...which is what I am using on my wingle.
but like mentioned earlier I also use wateen.

1st i bought 3.1 after month become useless, now bought 9.3 after a month again become useless. now shift to dsl, pltcl is just making ppl fool, chargi ll become useless after few months keep in mind before wasting money.

they r just interested in sale of devices not want to give speedy internet.
