The rush has not subsided but intensified after eid holidays...On second day of eid, minimum price for two bed room at kalam rose upto 10 thousand rupees...Nowadays, it is being given at 4 to 5 thousad rupees, but you would find a queue of people for taking it...It is not easy to search and take a single room...mountaineers are fleecing the guests as they call them whether it is a matter of stays, food items. jeeps or travelling expenses...It is difficult for single family to endure such expenses as groups of families divide among them jointly. Say, a room of 6 thousand rupees for three beds among three families would cost to them 2 thousand to each family and if one family is of four adult persons then one person costs 500 rupees; this is what practice being adopted by families...Most people have their own conveniences, so it is easy for them to cope with such rushy situations.... Karahi chicken is now being sold at 600 to 900 rupees per kg at kalam and other places....There is shortage of rooms, jeeps,food items...Everything escalated...So wait for two weeks at least; going now is not advisable by me....It is however your decision...
