Cheapest land you can get in pakistan?

You come to islamabad i get you meet a person who can get you as much as land you want on cheap rates near chakwal about 100 kms away

that's the biggest problem in pakistan in agriculture/land purchasing side...and these people dont just ask for money or something, they prefer killing the persons and taking over lands illegally....

No not that, its to deal with locals patwaris and caretakers

so how do I talk to the dealer? I mean do u know him personally or....?

also, is it like residential or industrial land ? cuz I would prefer industrial if its in gwadar, cuz it might work as a long term investment as well...
