such cheats are loaded all across the country, Its my habit to get out of the car when I fill up (majboori on my diesel VW because the cap is locking type and the station jockey never could figure how to unlock it). Anyway - long story short, One guy tried to divert attention by complimenting on the BBS rims my car had, and I promptly heard the nozzle clack shut, when I saw the meter it had stopped at 30 litres.
I just stood there and watched the meter when the jockey triggered it again, The other guy tried hard to divert my attention. Cheap cheaters.
There are numerous stories everywhere. Ive also experienced a pump that filled 67 litres of diesel in my car that had a full capacity of 50 litres (I still had 1/4 tank left when I rolled in). Car parked, locked, I waived the cars behind me to leave as I have been cheated, they pumped more than my cars tank capacity. This pump's guard also threatened to shoot me dead if I did not pay, The manager/owner/scumbag of the facility came running and asked me to pay for 35 litres - as he had seen that Im sending off customers.
One pump was very special in Karachi, it was also a Shell brand in North Nazimabad, this station had about 50% water in its diesel fuel at any given time. I mean how lazy and bad do you have to be to have not cleaned your tanks.
all in all - its not about being muslim, christian etc etc, its about moral ethics, its about what you were taught when you were playing in your mother's lap.
